The project focused on creating a grand celebration event to warmly welcome press and VIP guests, delivering a well-curated experience that reflected the resort’s character and the reputation of a leading property developer in Thailand. Our role covered the full scope of event planning and guest experience design. We developed the creative strategy and design concept, guided the design development, and managed event production and on-site operations. This ensured a smooth event flow, strong programming, and a cohesive experience for all VIP guests.
