Curated Thonglor Living

Chapter is a condominium brand with projects in Thonglor, Chula–Samyan, and Charoennakorn. The Thonglor project, set in a vibrant lifestyle district, was developed with an experience-led approach to attract and engage new audiences. At the Thonglor location, we transformed the sales gallery into a pop-up market and café, turning a tucked-away space into an active social destination. At a time when café hopping was not yet common, the activation helped increase visibility and foot traffic, becoming one of the project’s most notable initiatives. We also supported the Chula–Samyan and Charoennakorn locations, adapting similar activation concepts to suit different urban contexts while maintaining a consistent brand experience across all three projects.
