"BTS Visionary Park is a mixed-use development designed to support modern ways of working, meeting, and everyday use within an integrated urban setting. The building brings together office spaces, shared facilities, food and dining areas, and supporting amenities, creating a flexible environment that serves a wide range of users and activities throughout the day. Our role involved overseeing the overall spatial concept across the building’s various floors and functions. We worked closely with the client to understand functional needs and design expectations, and translated these into clear briefs for the interior design team. This included shaping concepts for a range of spaces—such as rental areas, shared and rest spaces, food and dining zones, executive levels, and meeting facilities—while supporting the design development process to ensure consistency and alignment with the overall vision."
